Your summary is well stated and, IMO, accurate.
As for the shareholder letter, it is not my style at all. I control my own current and future stock holdings without regard to what naysayers and hypesters post on a message board. For me, somewhere in the middle is a more reasonable point-of-view.
I would prefer to speak to someone (CEO, President, IR) directly on the phone or via email. I do this with EDIg and other stocks I own. I have not tried to contact Mr. Turley as I believe the company communication and their hands are tied with mouths wired shut at this time.
I have to agree with SGE on this one as well. If I were to participate, I would insist on reading what I am agreeing with PRIOR to it being sent and my sahres being included. I do not believe Ron or anyone else has malious motives in any way, I just want to know what is stated.
However, I must state that Greeneyes brings up a good point about the timing. Why now? Why not after the company own deadline in April?
