why would a new investor following this stock invest now and not wait till they either see an upward trend or in April?

So many suspicious people here. If you are that worried about a shareholder letter that isn't signed or legal why are you not worried about lack of any kind of update from a public company that has lost over 50% of it's value? 

Ron and ad specifically stated their intentions, they are not trying to steal your shares or bankrupt your investment (gee to they have that kind of power?).

Such silliness, from so many intelligent adults. This will be my only comment about "The Letter".
