I think Imsys might be an M&A target because Tredennick & Turley are on the board which is different than saying Tredennick & Turley are on the board because Imsys is an M&A taget.

The fact that they're looking for M&A targets, and they obviously have insight and a little influence at Imsys, COULD make Imsys a target of their search. It's pure speculation though. I certainly don't think that those guys got on the board of Imsys with the plan to have PTSC buy Imsys out.
