I think Leckrones letter speaks volumes about what is going on behind the scenes now. To PTSC shareholders it is all about another licensee, a court victory, an increased share price etc...

To TPL/ PTSC it is about survial as an entity. They are on a treacherous path right now. One false step and they may not recover from the fall. Thus caution, limited public information and complete attention to their business(not shareholder anxiety).

Look at what they have had to face. An entire industry opposing our patents - over 400 companies and their legal teams, court case against theJ's, patent reexamination of all three key patents, PUBPAT, Appeals Court, Congress and now even their own nervous shareholders. Yes, we should be nervous. Everyone I see in the entire industry is trying to derail us. Let our team proceed with caution and complete their climb up the treacherous path they are on.

IMO
