Wolf, I think the simple answer to that question is, Mr. turley asked/wanted them to do so. Why? Because he has been the one taking most of the heat for all of the complaints lodged here and Turley's hands (and mouth) have probably been tied and gagged by direction of the BOD. Therefore Mr. Turley wanted to not be  the one to stand alone and take the responsibility for our frustrations, he wanted us to note that they signed it showing us that most of our looked-for answers were being held up by them and not by Turley alone.
