The NEC filing that I started this thread with is actually for the period through 12/31/07, so the 12/18 settlements would be included.

That's the type of feed back I was hoping someone might provide, though perhaps you can expound a bit more. Comparing the previous 6-K and the current 6-K, one can perhaps see the hit to an accrued account that the settlements would have depleted, I would think. I'm just not sure whether the likely place that the settlements would be put. Hoping someone can take a look and see if anything pops out to them that I don't see.
