With having no legal expertise whatsoever, given the way things stand today in regards to the patents with the USTPO and the patent reform situation in government, what are the odds of putting remaining infringers under a suit now than later? I know it's a very loosly worded question, I'm sorry. Just trying to get a feel for what may transpire.
