What does this mean??

 - go to uspto site (portal.uspto.gov/external/portal/pair)

- look for patent number 5,809,336

Under "Bibliographic Data" there is shown a Location and a Location Date.

Location: FILE REPOSITORY (FRANCONIA)

Location Date: 01-29-2008

Both is new! Does anybody know, what it means?
