I have held my shares in as many as 3 accounts and I know others who have broken up their holdings in seperate accounts as well. The 23K number is certainly a lower number considering the way they count each shareholder is for the most part by brokerage account held with some, if not a high percentage, holding multiple accounts.

53 million is still a very impressive number and all who have pledged their shares are to be applauded. It's not to late to vote your shares if you have not already. Personally I think our timing could not have been better on this coming on the heels of the BOD letter to SH'ers.
