Though I saw yesterday's letter as good sign in general, it makes IMO very clear, that NOTHING will happen until April, thus the shareprice will not move significantly up, given that the UPSTO/Appeal events do not happen before.
This strengthens my point of view, that the company is NOT interested in a higher shareprice (for whatever reason...) AT THIS TIME. And the letter has proven this by mentioning the "patent reform" as a possibility of danger for the company. But if the patent bill really was a threat for Patriot, why then use the phrase "optimistic outlook"? This seems not logical to me.
I don't want to allege that Patriot wants intentionally spread FUD, but they definitely do not prevent shareholders getting anxious regarding the "patent bill issue".
What would I give to know, what's happening behind the scenes...
