that you simply go to the source (Ron, his email is everywhere) and ask him to send a copy to you prior to sending it to PTSC mgmt. 

I believe Ron has had an open invitation to you, Greeneyes to discuss your differences. If this is issues is truly distrubing you contact him.

Many here, including myself believe that you have some sort of uh...let's say bad feelings toward him.
