keep in mind that the "news" did not give validation or confirm how the TX case would resolve. Anticipation or speculating a possible resoultion caused it.

But we are splitting hairs... enjoy the weekend my friend. We are all here for the same thing. Sometimes we can disagree... but we move forwards. Next round is one me....
