When I lived in SoCal, the business climate became so bad we moved our US HQ and all distribution to TN at the same time Nissan did the same.

I have written my Congressman and both Senators from TN. They all seem to have similar pro business responses, but it is difficult to tell which side is winning the battle in the Senate -- Microsoft (leading the pro-reform lobby) or the Big Pharma (leading the status quo lobby).

I believe the PTSC Executive commitee, this is serious and could dig deeply into our pockets -- especially the lessor damages provisions.
