Since Bush has to sign the bill, I am pretty sure it will take precedence for at least 5 minutes @ some point in the future. I am also pretty sure he knows what it is with all the $$ behind it. Will he consider my letter? Who knows, but I would rather spend the couple minutes it takes me to send it than sit here on this board a bitchin all day.
