Must have hit submit twice. I should have learned how to use computers in the 7th grade. They teach that in 7th grade, right? LOL

Joda: I think it will pass the Senate (I hope I am wrong), but I do not think it will have retroactive applicability, so little or no impact on PTSC. I also think there is a solid chance the president will veto this. He is one of the strongest lame ducks in years, and he could make a good case for doing so, IMO.
