"Does PTSC report actual settlement amounts, or just the net income from TPL  after "expenses"?"

The answer is yes! lol.  They actually report PDS' gross revenue AND their expenses AND obviously, the net revenue after expenses.

In the past, they've also broken down license signings by month, listing the "aggregate proceeds" during monthly periods.  Since that breakdown wasn't present in the last 10q, perhaps their reporting methods are subject to change, but hopefully the next 10q will offer some clues as to what the J's paid.
