Oh....well that is a posibilty but the the share holders will have to agree. Now think about this.
We are going to be valued on the revenue we recieve, which is split between us and TPL. TPL has a lot more in expenses than us. More employees, cost of reverse engineering products for litigation products, and etc. Their cash burn is higher than ours. I don't think they have the resources to buy us now. Then again I am not sure of how much additional revenue they have coming in either. But until they have the ability to constantly generate revenue they will not have the ability to purchase us. A merger would be a better posibility. Again that would be upon shareholder agreement. I am not too concerned right now with either of those scenarios because we have some sort of control.
