Smart money usually, not always, is someone else's money, that being the case there are rules involved. Also, professional reputations are involved and that is why, as a rule, they stay away from otc board. It is blood and guts on the OCB, who in there right mind would be here unless they had to be. I guess that leaves all of us to answer the question....what the heck am I doin' here? I, for one, am trying to get a cheap education (lower s/p) and a big score...How about you...probably the same? I still think we've got a great chance of making some significant money, but this ain't the Nasdaq or the NYSC so take it for what is is worth. Read all the disclaimers and roll the dice.
