Sorry, I have to disagree. No sale of the comapny can be made until all shareholders vote yes or no.It would be interesting to find out how the shares in the treasury are ,or are not, counted towards voting. In other words could the board decide how to vote those shares. My inclination is that they are not counted, but am not 100% certain.
