Perhaps I came in on the conversation late. Ptsczza's post appeared to be a new topic. If it was an extension of another post I didn't realize it. I agree 100% on the apportionment issue, that's been their number concern from day one. What I don't agree with is the general ascertion that PTSC is making the statement for disclaimer purposes only. They made it because, IMO, it is a serious issue. I don't consider that to be the same as a disclaimer.
