It is perfectly explainable...  We settle a multi yr long litigation with major firms and get no financial info along with an extended vow of silence...  we have the 3 major patents making up the MMP in PTO Reexam..  We've had a recent slowing of MMP licensings.. we have patent reform in the winds.. we have traders sitting on the sideline waiting for some indication to jump back in..  we are waiting until April for the Q numbers...  no recurring revenues have ever been established.. Swartz has possibly been selling the last few months killing momentum and making investors wary...

40 cents... and all could be changed for the better in the next few months
