Here's another psychic prediction for you:  we're going into the mid .30s soon and there will be a lot more complaining and whining on this board. 

If you haven't figured it out, fhe market doesn't care too much about  matters such as the 584 clarification, Markman hearing results, or the J-3 settlement.   The Market says: The share price will rise if: "you show me the money" and continue to show me the money on an ongoing basis.  

One signing every day for one week would do a lot more for our SP than a clarification on the 584.
