I agree that the PTO validation is now the last piece of the puzzle.

However, we'll have to agree to disagree on what happens to the SP after we receive an announcement that the final piece of the puzzle is intact. I don't believe we will achieve a sustainable SP increase after that announcement. I believe we will only achieve a sustainable/significant rise in the SP when the licensing fees actually start pouring in (as a result of the PTO validation).
