I could not let this go by, If SGE thoughts are hogwash than so are your conclusion. Neither has proof one way or another at this point.

I would tend to agree with SGE conclusion than yours.

My simple observation of some positives: 

1. It has been proven that some of the big corps. have licensed for a significant dollar amount (fact, just look at the numbers).

2. Markman was favored to MMP patents.

3. Litigations were settled, some concession had to be made, most here would conclude MMP patents were either licensed or something; which one would also conclude a monetary gain of some sort by TPL/PTSC.

there are many more positives as I am sure many will chime in. Although I validate some of the past fustration you have made comments on, I believe you are way off on this post. AIMO

And of course there are things done (or lack of) that I am not happy about by PTSC mgmt. But I am not an insider, so I clearly do not know the facts. I could and have blurt out fustration along with many others. Until the fat lady sings, I am only guessing.
