The other board members are all very smart, successful, rich people. I believe they are well qualified to make smart decisions about where this company should go. Trednick, Flowers, Turley, Pohl I would even say Swartz. Who can argue that Swartz isn't a brilliant man when it comes to investing money. They have the right stuff or they wouldn't be there.
