The dividends were a waste of money IMO they should have kept it for the M & A. So lets all whine and cry about it for a month or two how bout it. Perhaps the liucensing didn't quite go down like PTSC had planned and because of it they were not able to use Hoffman like they had hoped. It is easy to get sucked into the negative if you let it. Stay positive good things will happen.
