I'm with you guys 100%.  The BOD is more than capable let's give them some time to make a great decision on the M & A.  We needed the settlement in Texas under our belt to bring in the necessary dollars to get a company that is substantial.  In my opinion the clock started ticking with the settlement.  Things are falling into place.  We must stay positive and focused on the big picture as it becomes clearer before our eyes and the investment community.
