Felcyn apparently specializes in "forensic accounting", you know, the kind of investiagtion of a company's books that would be done to assure accuracy and the viability of the company - just the kind of DD that would be proper before making an acquisition of that company.

All I know about Gloria is that while she was a BOD veteran and Chair of PTSC's Audit Committee, while on her watch, PTSC's entire SEC Q & K filings had to be [nearly] completely redone & refiled...
