I think PTSC will target companies that may have a good product but lack the capital to bring it to the market..or lack to improve/market the product... let them take their time... im sure hundreds of compaines are pitching their proposals to PTSC..begging for funding... plus someone pointed out about the M& A clause with Schwatrz...so probably after that date we could see something..
