Does anyone know what attorney fees Patriot and TPL through Phoenix have paid so far for the litigation of the Texas case, the 584 appeal, and also for the USPTO MMP review? Is it a 50-50 split of fees from Patriot and TPL?

Also, in the pursuit of licenses, does Patriot and TPL split the cost of the work of Alliacense to gain new licensees? Should the cost come down as new licenses are finalized due to the clearing up of the court case and hopefully the review?

Thanks in advance for any insights. I have held PTSC through thin and thick for over eight years, and hopefully will see a reward in the end.

I do wish that PTSC had pursued their Ignite chip development with a company. Remember the MOU in China? Oh well ....
