"For me it looks like PTSC will receive ongoing payments from the J's over a longer period based on the declaration of Mr. Turley about the NDA. This would be not bad for the calculation of future incomes, the security of shareholders over a longer period, the easier financing of acquisitions, to plan the future and finally to find a new shareholder base".

Patriotism, man you are 100% right about this!! I would LOVE to hear that TPL/Alliance are changing their approach to a royalty only business model!! This news ALONE would be VERY well received by wall street!!
