Why doesnt someone notify  PTSC/Hawk about the Etrade restriction.  Im sure they would like to know why their company stock is under the microscope of Etrade...

 I have seen this before on other stocks.  Etrade may know there is a massive short position... or suspects manipulation on the part of traders ("pump and dump").,...etrade probably hasnt read the dutton report...lol

I would be interested in knowing what PTSC thinks about Etrades position...  

Otherwise  anyone with E-trade accounts should change brokers...sends a message to a broker that is artifically changing the market by restricting the trading of a security...
