  Wouldn't it be nice if the company came out monday with the following pr.  While we are vigorously pursuing the M&A field we feel that our financial strenght, at this time, would allow us to issue a dividend.  ( SUCH A MESSAGE WOULD LIFT THE CLOAK OF SECRECY) GLTAL
