It shouldn't be a huge one, but I personally believe shareholders deserve an opportunity to reinvest a portion of the earnings generated by their investment. Especially since, in this case, this mgt. does not (yet) have a successful track record of doing the same. A dividend may also help keep the shorts honest.

Not trying to start something as I know this has been debated ad nauseum on this board. JMHO and GLTAL
