On February 7, 2008, Mr. David Pohl, the chairman of the board of directors (the “Board”) of Patriot Scientific Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Board by letter that he was resigning his position as chairman and as a member of the Board in order to spend more time on personal and family matters.
