That the shareholders of this wee penny stock of ours are unbelievably fortunate to have Ron as a co-shareholder. He is by far the most talented, ethical, intelligent, willing to share investor/attorney I have ever come across in my over forty years of investing. I am quite use to reading or should I say glossing over "fine print or legaleze" of the typical attorney correspondence. This letter prepared by a practicing attorney is like non other I have ever come across in relation to such a serious situation.

I have no idea how the letter will be received by Mr. Turley and the rest of the executive committee but I hope that they not only read the letter but re-read it several times. I hope and pray that they contemplate that the questions asked (and contributed by many of the shareholders they are responsible to) therein and so succinctly stated by Ron, can be used by the company as a starting point in formulating a true mission statement if the company does not already have one. If they didn't know what to say to us before they sure do now.

My hat goes off to all who contributed to the contents of the letter and once again to Ron. I have some idea what a letter of this sort would cost in the open market here in California and whether it gets the Board of PTSC off the dime it would have been worth every penny.
