I agree that Pohl's resignation was not a sudden bombshell dropped on the company. He was there to contribute and aid in the transition. Also, who else would have made a decent choice for Chairman? None of the existing board, at that time.IMO

I believe the BOD was given notice, but the timing would coincide with other events and not solely because he wanted to retire.

Who now for chairman? could someone possibly be coming from the outside as part of some deal? I am inclined to think that Turley will assume the position, thus solidifying his control on the company. After that, he will nominate two more candidates of his choosing and thus create a mindset on the board to his liking. Voting majority.

What about the after hours 8-k? Obviously, it could have caused a negative wave. So, I think it was timed for friday late, with the plan in mind, that they would release news before the open on monday addressing the issue or make an announcement relevant to this situation. All IMHO It would seem they need to address it in some fashion before the mm's, and others take advantage.
