On reading the 8-K, I noticed that Mr Pohl gave david@pohlgroup.com as a contact address.

Please feel free to dig deeper.

As to the PR, it would appear to be prudent for PTSC to acknowledge Pohl's time with the company and his subsequent retirement(an update to www.ptsc.com wouldn't go amiss either).

I would imagine that replacement(s) has(have) already been found, based solely on the immediate effect of the resignation, but even if vacancies still remain, this could also be included.

The new chairman could then be free to address the direction of PTSC, without breaching the terms of the NDA, and any other matters.

Pohl, in my very humble opinion, has gifted the BOD a golden opportunity, which I sincerely trust they fully grasp and maximize.
