RE: shareholder proposals

I still think we should, however I'm at a loss as to what performance we should tie them too. I just hate the fact of them giving to themselves without any goals for us. When I became a shareholder there were options the could get that were priced way above, I believe up to one dollar(.13 at the time) I had a good idea that they would do whatever it took to reach the dollar mark at the time and it made my investment in a penny stock seem better.

I believe they should always tie any incentives for themselves to performance.
