Your opinion please.. If Swartzy is now below 5% (we can all dream, right?) will there then be a need for him to file 13-G.. or will there just be no filing... and if that is the case (no filing) can we then assume Swartzy to be under that 5%?

Obviously anyone with an opinion please chime in....
