The 13G was filed 02/09 in 2007 and 02/21 in 2006, thus I guess Swartz will file it in the next ten days (IF he files it).

What I find more interesting/suspicious: why have there been no 13G-filings in the years before, as Swartz had much more than 10% of PTSC?

BTW, IF PTSC won't publish a pr today, I will join the group of the "red flaggers"...;-)
