You certainly are correct about Falk Jr... IMO CJ just has too negative of a reputation/connotation having been (still is) so closely tied to Swartzy... IMO when it can be done the entire Swartz legacy and all associated should be removed & wiped clean... Perhaps CJ still would be able to bring something positive to the table.. esp if we are considering becoming a PIPE... I'd just as soon see him replaced with some one with a different type tech background than is repped right now on the BOD. Perhaps I am wrong... He may be too deeply weaved in to remove...
