why the paradox?

PR aside on our COB resigning (NEVER a trivial matter) I wonder about the paradox of Swarz selling/not selling.

In my mind, IF an "insider" held a bunch of shares and was selling into "great news" "great settlements" and "the train leaving the station"...I would be greatly concerned.

How does it make sense for an "insider" to be dumping "millions" of shares at such a time?
