Making room for who?

Just a guess, but wouldn't it be appropriate to have the current CEO or owner of a newly "in the process of being acquired" company to have a seat on ptsc board? Maybe a deal is closed than we think? Now how's that for a positive theory, rumor, to run with? JMHO ,LOL doc.
