I like the dividends.

I agree with him and the board when they say the money can be put toward better use i.e. M & A

I think the dividends will show back up just not right now. I'd say after the M & A is up and rolling. If I had to guess late this year. Say, the last quarter. Next year at the latest.

As for the share buy back, keep the money to do a M & A. Leaving the outstanding shares for us to buy and to use as a perk/innective for the company to let us buy them out.

Besides we need those stocks when go to the NASDAQ. That way more won't have to be issued.
