Can anyone provide us with an estimate of the legal fees TPL may have incurred during the J3 litigation?

The first press I found related to this suite was in October of 2005. The time spent on the suite itself would thus be at least 2 years.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong but, my understanding is that PTSC pays their share of TPL's legal costs as actual TPL cash flow requires. Is this correct? Or might we be sitting on a big TPL bill now with PTSC cash flows required in this Q?
