I agree. And remember, the tent pole was first pitched (at least for the '336 anyways) October 2006, so it has been up for 16 months. If my memory is correct, some here have posted that the patent review process takes between 18-24 months to complete. Corrections welcome....GE I think it was you that posted how long this process takes? So, we get good #'s in April, and we should have some finality with the USPTO shortly there after, maybe this summer. So, unless some new thing comes up out of right field, like some new 1000% taxation on patent owners reform legislative stimulus "f" the ptsc investors bill (hmmm better create a new blog), than we should have a pretty good idea of where this ship is sailing soon!  All IMO.
