only contributes to what the PTO review creates - uncertainty. You know as well as I that the one thing "the market" hates is uncertainty. To your point, Schwartz' shares are, to an extent, a known. We may have to wait for periodic updates but at specific intervals we can track what he is doing that undermines our position. What we can't determine and can only hope/guess at is the outcome at the PTO. I would submit, based on previous share volume days, that with a favorable PTO ruling Shwartz could dump 50% of his shares and the market would absorb them. I know I plan to buy more when the PTO ruling is decided favorably for us. As you also know, I have no idea what I am talking and just like to argue. :>)
