Schwartz is not selling everyday, I think he is only selling on good news days which is why we only see a fleeting increases in share price, then Schwartz dump sends it back down again. He has enough shares to burn so why not take advantage of every upswing. The obvious problem is that when the rest of the market see the sp going nowhere even on good news, potential investors get scared off.
