Okay, so you're saying the volume is too low to suggest that Swartz is selling. But, apparently the volume is high enough to suggest that someone is buying (though the PPS goes lower). Interesting logic!

In case you haven't noticed over the past year and a half, while Swartz unloaded many millions of shares, it was done in a pretty careful way - much of it IMO a little tiny bit at a time (2500, 5000, 10000 shares at a time) and such that the daily PPS downdraft was pretty insignificant. Stealth selling. Heck, it's possible that he unloaded 250,000 today.

I continue to envision a college student working part time for Swartz, hitting the sell button per very strict guidelines so as not to cause much of a drop.
